If you would like to book one of our safari, simply fill out our online form with relevant information regarding departure dates, number of people travelling and the type of safari you would like to go on.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment policy • the flight should be paid directly to the tour operator (for Zanzibar the same applies for accommodation at the sea) • the entire amount for the safari should be paid on arrival in Africa If you would like to book one of our safaris listed in this website, simple fill our online form with relevant information regarding departure dates, how many people and the type of safari you would like to go on. Bear in mind that if you can’t find what you are looking for we are more than happy to build a customized itinerary with you in order to satisfy any preferences you may have. We do not ask for deposits: guests shall pay the entire amount on arrival before leaving on the safari thus avoiding any possible hindrances. The safari trip shall be considered officially booked as soon as we receive notice from our customers of flight confirmation. In case of cancellation you are not required to pay any fee but we kindly ask you to let us know at least a week prior to departure. All prices should be intended per person for a minimum of 4 people with a 10% supplement for 3 people and 20% supplement for 2.


All quoted prices for the safari INCLUDE:

* Entry fees to the National Parks

* Guaranteed window seat and access to photographic roof hatch in specially-equipped and custom-built safari buses or Land-rovers

* Full board accommodation in campings, lodges and hotels (water is served at the table)

* Water supplied during the safari

* Services of an English-speaking professional driver/guide


Further days spent at the sea INCLUDE:

* Double room with private facilities in one of our private villas (classic or superior)

* Personnel and cook at your complete disposal

* Housekeeping and change of linen


All quoted prices DO NOT include:

* Flights (domestic and international)

* Costs for passports or visas

* Personal expenses

* Extra beverages

* Personal travel insurance coverage

* Tips


Further days spent at the sea DO NOT include:

* Food and drinks which can be bought at very reasonable price at the nearby supermarket and local shops

* Supplement for an upgrade to a hotel of your choice
